We’re looking for passionate software architect building large software systems within complex environments. Role Purpose 1. Lead projects’ architecture for organizational customers and large independent software vendors. 2. Lead the process of defining the architecture and design of large software systems, including Infrastructure architecture review & Application architecture review and technological orientation. 3. Be a trusted advisor -Obtain and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners that are based on trust and professional and technical leadership. 4. 50% design and architecture + 50% hands on Personal Attributes 1. Accountable for commitments, results and quality Requirements - Experience in consulting and working with large/institutional customers - - 10+ years of experience in software development, including at least two years as senior developer and/or development team leader in a Microsoft environment. - - Experience with the architecture, design and development of distributed systems based on Microsoft technologies. - - Experience with Patterns and Practices products (Guides, Application Blocks, Enterprise Library and Software Factories). - - Experience with Design Patterns (GoF, P&P, etc.). - - Experience with cloud architecture - an advantage. - - A BA or B.Sc degree in Computer Science, engineering, business, marketing, Management, Social science or related field (MBA preferred). - Passion around software engineering and code. - Good Experience with most of the below technologies: o ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Windows Forms, WPF, , Enterprise Library, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, Design Patterns, Architecture design patterns, SOA, Windows Azure, .NET 4.5, VS2010/12, - Maintain a deep understanding of software architecture trends and standards as well as a high level of expertise around Microsoft’s products and technologies."
