The ERT is an elite cyber unit that provides immediate and direct support for customers under attack. The ERT ensures that customers’ services are alive even on sever targeted attack. For this the ERT Specialist will become both a security expert and a product expert. Radware ERT is handling hundreds of cases per year, some has participated in few of the most known high profile attack. Requirements • At least 3 years of management experience • Perceptive, fast learner, and able to perform well under pressure • Methodological, customer oriented, committed and technical • Good understanding of networking design principles and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, IPv4) • Good understanding of and experience with application security • Excellent written and verbal English skills • Experience with customer support • Willing to be on alert during off-work hours (compensated) Please send your CV to: jobs@radware.com"
