"SupersonicAds is hiring an Account Manager ready to play a key role in expanding our Affiliate business. The Affiliate Account Manager will manage existing Affiliate campaigns and build strong relationships for new campaigns. Additionally the Affiliate Account Manager will integrate new affiliate advertisers, and work with both internal and external parties to ensure that technical and campaign related issues are handled quickly and appropriately with advertisers. This position entails focus on campaign management through campaign performance analysis, campaign optimization and maximizing Affiliate relationships for new opportunities. The Affiliate Account Manager is expected to actively contribute to the ongoing success of our Affiliate business while working in close partnership with the Ad Operations Team, Direct CPA Team and R&D Team. Responsibilities • Communicate and work closely with Advertisers worldwide to manage Affiliate relationships and campaigns • Manage campaigns on Ad Severing Platform from integration through launch • Perform ongoing Optimization of campaigns to ensure quality to the Advertisers • Assist in the technical aspects of Advertiser integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary technical guidance to the Advertiser • Reconcile Advertiser accounts on a monthly basis Qualifications • English at a native tongue level • 2 years of experience in Affiliate Account Management • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients, management, and peers • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities • Strong knowledge of Internet technologies and a proven capacity to learn • Understanding of the online advertising industry • Sales oriented, strong ability to negotiate • Ability to actively drive problems to resolution • Sound decision making and critical thinking skills • Highly motivated, energetic & ambitious • Strong communication skills • Detailed oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture Bonus Points • French/Dutch/German/Italian/Spanish – mother tongue • Knowledge of Advertiser Tracking solutions: Pixel tracking, Server2Server tracking, API • Bachelor’s degree About SupersonicAds SupersonicAds is a startup company that develops advertising technologies and monetization services in the fast growing social media market.
