"The Senior System Administrator will report to the Director of IT, and will be a part of a team providing support for internal IT for more than 550 employees over several physical locations oversea. The Senior System Administrator’s main responsibilities include design, implementation and maintenance of Microsoft system infrastructure and daily system maintenance, 24x7. Additionally, the Senior System Administrator will be involved in projects inside the global IT department for improving and advancing the company infrastructure. Independently and as a team member of IT global team. Provides end-users hardware and software support to all company employees as 2nd tier troubleshoots as needed. Will manage the Israel IT help desk team ensure that service levels are achieved and met per contractual agreements and employee expectations. Requirements • At least 4 years of experience in Exchange 2007/2010, Microsoft FW technologies (UTM/UAG/ISA) • The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of: Active directory, Windows 2008/2012, Microsoft Exchange 2010 (including Exchange Database Availability Group [DAG], Lync 2010, server and network administration, LAN topology, network protocols, troubleshooting techniques, backup, antivirus, printers, patch management, IIS, DNS, DHCP, NFS, Group policy, MSSQL and SharePoint. • Experience with virtual environments (VMware) • Ability to work in a high stress environment, including after hours and on call • Skillful in troubleshooting crises and communicating with internal customers personally • Proactive approach, responsible well organized, and self-managed • Fast and self-learning capabilities. • Excellent English.
