As a team leader, you will help our capable research team to focus and achieve their ambitious goals. You should be prepared to dive deep into new and often uncharted territories in order to solve difficult problems, whether they are highly abstract algorithm development or down-to-earth practical implementation and operational. Required Skills * M.Sc. in Computer Science or Math/Engineering - Must have strong CS background * 10+ years of experience in algorithm development and/or software development * Leadership Experience with a research team or development team * Very strong hands-on programming experience * Excellent organizational skills; process fuzzy tasks to distill concrete cores, manage current tasks, deliver results. * Very strong communication skills: spoken, written, and interpersonal * Excellent English, written and spoken. * Highly responsible, enthusiastic and thorough * Resourcefulness, very strong analytical skills and creative thinking Advantage * Master's in CS / Computational Linguistics / NLP * Hands-on experience in designing and implementing NLP algorithms, Speech * Recent experience in Java Please send your resume to: jobs@gingersoftware.com"
