Account Manager Ninja: The account manager is to be responsible for managing the technical life cycle of Yotpo’s Premium clients. Must have client facing experience in account management (or equivalent), English mother tongue level and knowledge of various web technologies such as (HTML, CSS and JavaScript). 2. Technical Support Expert: Yotpo is looking for a Technical Support Expert to help our customers with their support issues (technical and otherwise). The perfect support ninja would be a native English speaker or the equivalent, who is technical and able to communicate in English through chat, email and phone. Must have previous experience in Customer Support with knowledge of various web technologies such as (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and be willing to work weekends from home.
