Hands-on background is required, either as electronics eng. or mechanical eng. Preferably an experienced person who went through designer/engineer positions, team leader/system eng. and project/program management positions. Experienced in devices design/management cycle including validation and actual production (e.g. equipment, hardware, machines, NOT applicable for software/ algorithms/ communication/ VLSI background).
