For more details please read below or send me an email to shahaf.akavia@oracle.com "Job Description: Responsible for invoicing all billable consulting activity • Reviewing and approving supplier invoices. • Mail and Record customers and suppliers invoices. • Issuing PO requests for consulting projects activity. • Supporting Consulting financial manager and sales team. • Support in adaption of new stuff – setting up users requests and OTL training • Support for project managers / practice managers and consultants regarding project information. CANDIDATE'S PROFILE: • University graduate with one-to-two years of related working experience (bookkeeping is preferred) • Have sense to numbers, knowledge of business administration • Analytical thinking, ability to follow-up on causal relations • High degree of autonomy and individual accomplishment of tasks • Responsible, organized and structured approach to work • High dedication, ability to work limited flexi-time due to company activities • Language skills: fluent English (oral and written) required • Computer skills – Excel – A must. Familiarity with Oracle ERP – an advantage."
