You will join our small and creative team, be ready to learn a lot! Supporting the end-users with back-office systems and services, hardware setup, infrastructure systems, suppliers and any other Helpdesk daily activity. Work in shifts according to Helpdesk team policy twice a month on Friday 09:00-14:00 and once a week 09:00 – 21:00 (12 hours). Shifts are mandatory! Requirements: Windows XP/7 knowledge 2-3 years’ experience in the following areas: Office 2010 (outlook) experience Ability to work under pressure Microsoft server administration Networking Windows O/S: XP, Win-7.
