Group: משרות הייטק בין חברים, לפני שמתפרסמות בלוחות וחברות השמה Rami Lotem has started a discussion: Looking for R&D manager "Videobet R&D Manager Responsibilities: R&D Manager to lead software development unit of more than 50 people (Software Architects, Software Analysts, Developers, infrastructure/IT etc). Focal contact for all product development and related operational issues. Full responsibility for the software development processes (requirement analysis, design, coding, build, support). Planning, budgeting, staffing, driving performance, continuous quality and process improvement. Qualifications: • At least 7 years of experience managing development groups. • Solid track record and at least 3 years of experience on leading large multi-functional groups - at least 30 people. • Deep understanding of full product life cycle, including modern development and QA methodologies (Agile, CI, configuration management). • Understanding of IT technologies, background software development or system integrations (preference to Enterprise applications or Embedded industries). • Strong leadership. Excellent interpersonal, representation and communication skills. • Staffing and budgeting experience. Beneficial skills • Prior experience in customer-facing positions, such as technical presale or project management. • Background in embedded products and environments. • Background in gaming/gambling industries is a big advantage. Position is based in Tallinn, Estonia."
