The Job: - Focus on inbound customer interactions - Farm existing customer base - Respond to prospect inquiries - Qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline - Provide assistance to customers - Cross-selling and Up-selling to existing customer database - Support the sales team - Obtain complete and accurate customer information and enter in a prospect database Qualifications: - Bilingual (English/Hebrew) mandatory - 2 - 3 years Lead Generation, customer service and inside sales experience - Great with MS Office and accurate on the keyboard Personality: - Ability to prioritize and complete tasks to deliver desired outcome in timely fashion - Positive and willing to learn and grow - Loves to work with others; vibrant personality - Goal oriented - Must be able to deal with customer rejections while continuing to be resilient towards objectives Reports to VP of Sales"
