In this role, the head of publisher relations will be responsible for ensuring that our publishers are making the most money with least amount effort in working with Taptica. Working with a team of account managers, the head of media relations is ultimately responsible for the success of new and existing publisher partners that join Tapticas network. To be successful in this role the head of media will control and supervise Taptica's media relations, providing: ● On-time, error free implementation of new client campaigns ● managing the on-going activities with existing publishers making sure they are sending both high volume and quality traffic ● Ongoing media optimization ● Priority over other networks ● Communicating publishers needs and abilities to the rest of Taptica's team (product, sales, tech and finance) Ideal candidates will have had successful media team leading experience working in a similar ad operations role accountable for client success. Main Responsibilities: ● Above and beyond all, be accountable for the publishers success as the leading advocate ● Manage multiple accounts advising on new product implementation, enhancing eCPM, troubleshooting adding value to each clients business ● Manage complete pipeline of publisher campaigns maximizing eCPM and payouts for our publisher partners ● Organize and coordinate communications between all internal and external day to day operations ● Ensure complete client satisfaction even if its unrelated to Taptica’s business Desired Skills & Experience ● Strong communication skill with variable levels of software developers and technical account management C level communication abiliy ● 2-3 years' experience in leading a media team ● Strong track record of completing a large volume of tasks on time and on target ● Strong attention to detail dealing with large amounts of data and information ● Excellent oral and written communication skills. ● English as a primary language ● Ability to work independently in a multi cultural start up environment ● High motivation and dedication with proactive approach. ● Ability to work under pressure independently; goal-oriented. please send your C.V’s to : yulia.p@taptica.com"
