The position is new as part of deployment of new Technical support’ team to meet the business requirements.  Deploy maintenance and troubleshoot infrastructure services and systems on daily base.  Responsible for the infrastructure regular operation, performance, availability and security.  Infrastructure responsibility: Networking, Security, Backups and Storage  Provide support to internal customers for any infrastructure related to infrastructure problems and/or requirements.  Liaise with Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for changes and future plans.  Provide regular reports of incidents, problems, change, risk analysis and any other IT operation reports. Provide on call support out of working hours on shifts as defined in IT team policy. Necessary skills:  2-3 years’ experience in Linux platforms  1 year of Shell scripts programing and automation  1 year experience in Firewalls, preferred cisco / juniper.  1 year experience in network equipment – CCNA or equivalent certificate  Experience in backup methodology, tools and solutions  knowledge in production and enterprise environments  Storage technologies – SAN/NAS and backup.  Full understanding of security concepts (i.e. host base security methodology)  Familiarity with virtual technologies (preferred VMWARE)  Good documentation and reporting skills.  Self-learning  Ability to work alone or as part of a team, and ability to manage own workload  Strong communication skills  A practical 2-3 years Linux experience  A practical 1 year firewalls experience – preferred Juniper/Cisco  A practical 1 year scripting experience – preferred PHP, JAVA, PYTHON, PERL  At least 1-2 years’ experience with active/passive network equipment CV’s to jobs@traderstraffic.com"
