Rami Ben-Ari posted a job: LifeWatch Technologies is seeking for SQA Manager "Role Description: Overall responsibility for System Quality Assurance and System Testing processes of the company products The SQA Manager will be in charge of testing processes, testing documentation, quality improvement, maintaining and creating world class automated testing, develop and drive a high-level testing strategy, as well as take a hands-on approach to implementing that strategy The SQA Manager with is teams, will take an active part in regulations, fields and clinical aspects of the testing (Validation and Verification) process. Qualifications • Bachelor' degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience • 10 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on testing • 3-5 years of experience managing a QA teams • Knowledge of QA concepts and methodology and hands-on manager who can build and maintain an organization and ensure it performs • Experience working closely with development, Project/Product Management and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements • Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results • Experience in agile development methodologies • Experience with continuous integration • Experience with embedded systems environment • Experience with Medical Devices – Significant Advantage • Experience with managing Automated Testing Processes – heterogeneous systems and environments • Experience with working and managing off-shore teams – Significant Advantage • Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness • Advanced communication skills (verbal, written, and negotiation) • Advanced planning and organizational skills • Attention to details • Fluent in English (Read, Write, Speak) Resumes should be sent to ramib@lifewatch.com **Only relevant resumes will be reviewed and responded." | |||||
