The position is new as part of deployment of new Technical support’ team to meet the business requirements. Installation, maintaining and supporting organization systems and production platforms and applications. Deploy new software releases, patches and give first level support for company platforms Windows and Linux. Responsible for the regular operation, performance and availability of all production platforms. Provide support to internal customers for any platform related problems and/or requirements. Liaise with Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for changes and future plans. Provide regular reports of incidents, problems, change, risk analysis and any other IT operation reports. Provide on call support out of working hours. Necessary skills: 2-3 years Linux administrator – in depth knowledge of the Linux interior, advance troubleshooting, system upgrades and software version management.0 1 year of actual PHP script programing experience At least 2 year experience with web servers and application (preferred in production network) Well known the internet world. DNS, web servers, etc In depth knowledge of RND application design and deploy methods. 2 years familiarity with web services (Apache, NGINX) – complex configuration, security concepts. 2-3 years Windows administrator – in depth knowledge of the Windows interior, advance troubleshooting, system upgrades. 1 year experience in first level support (frontal and personal customer services) Familiarity with databases (MSSQL, MySQL) - Advantage Familiarity with networking and firewalls - Advantage Familiarity with security concepts, methods and tools - Advantage A practical 2-3 years advanced Linux experience At least 1 year experience with customers support At least 2 year experience with web servers and application At least 2 year experience with Windows servers’ administration (MCITP).
